adventures-in-wild-dining-1One person’s weeds are the ingredients of Mark “Merriwether” Vorderbruggen’s gourmet salad! Join The Woodlands Township Environmental Services Department for a virtual adventure in wild dining at the next Walk in the Woods Nature Lecture. 

Learn to identify, cultivate, harvest and prepare the bounty of the forest with Mr. Vorderbruggen, a lifelong forager recognized for his knowledge of the historical, medicinal and culinary uses of local plants.
